Speed Dial
OVERVIEW

The Project

Built a native Raycast extension that lets users save, search, and open meeting room links (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet) instantly from the command palette. Add rooms once, open them with one click—anytime.

THE CHALLENGE

What We Solved

Challenge

Remote workers and hybrid teams waste time hunting for recurring meeting links, copying URLs from chat, or asking colleagues to resend invites. Switching between calendar, email, and chat to find the right link breaks flow and slows down joining calls.

Solution

Speed Dial turns Raycast into a personal meeting directory. Users add rooms with a name and URL, pick the app (Zoom, Teams, Meet, or generic), and optionally set recurring dates. The list view supports search and filtering; one action opens the link in the browser or copies it to the clipboard. Rooms persist in local storage, with full CRUD (add, edit name, remove) and a clean list UI with app icons and quick actions.
