Built a conversation-first product where founders talk to an AI general counsel for legal and business advice, generate contracts and memos inside the chat, then commit drafts to versioned Memory and sign—without switching tools or losing the thread.
What We Solved
Challenge
Founders needed a single place to get legal guidance, draft contracts and memos, and move to signed agreements. Existing tools either advised or stored documents; none combined chat, generation, and signing in one flow.
Solution
We built Counsel as a chat-first legal workflow: (1) AI general counsel in the thread—advice and guidance on demand. (2) In-conversation generation—contracts, memos, tables, and diagrams created in-session, then committed to Memory as versioned memos. (3) Contract signing in the same product so drafts become legally binding without leaving Counsel. Creation and execution live in one place.
